WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing Sytem to resolve water seeping in at the floor in Waynesville, OH

A Waynesville, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping in at the floor in a finished basement.  The Basement has poured foundation walls and a sump pump had been installed.  The homeowner met with Walt, one of our Certified Inspectors, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System are installed to resolve this problem that the homeowner was having.

WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system installed in the floor along the perimeter walls.  This piping system intercepts the water that is seeping into the basement and drains it into the sump pump to be pumped out of the basement.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a three pump system.  Pump 1 is the primary pump that will do the majority of the pumping.  If pump 1 fails or becomes overwhelmed with the amount of water that is seeping into the basement pump 2, a 1/2 hp high-volume pump will also run to pump water out of the basement.  Both pumps working together can pump up to 6,00 gallons of water per hour out of the basement.  Pump 3 is an UltraSump Battery Back-up sump pump.  If there is a power failure, this pump will run on battery power to pump water out of the basement.  It comes with its own battery and charging station.

Now that the homeowner has WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System installed, they will be able to refinish the basement without worries of water intrusion.  Any water that seeps in will go into the WaterGuard piping and be pumped out of the basement.
