Concrete surrounding a pool is often susceptible to cracking for many reasons. For one, the soil under the concrete can go through exaggerated changes in moisture content due to the proximity to a large body of water. Also, the weight of the water in the pool can be quick to expose faulty engineering and installation from the team who installed the concrete slabs. Either way, we can fix your concrete relatively easily through a process called slab jacking. Similar to mud jacking, where mud is injected into the slabs in order to get them stable and level, we instead use a foam polyurethane mix. This mix is lighter, cleaner, and less invasive than the mud mix. In one day, we were able to lift, level, stabilize, and seal this concrete, which will help extend this concretes lifetime exponentially.

The soil underneath this concrete driveway in Englewood, OH, was washing away, causing settling to occur to the slabs. We carefully lifted the sinking slabs with our PolyLevel foam to level the driveway out. After we leveled it out, we then sealed the control joints with our NexusPro sealant to provide a cosmetic boost, and a safety blanket against further washout. The homeowners were very pleased with how quickly and minimally invasive our process was, as well as the look of the overall transformation.

A homeowner in Englewood, Ohio reached out after noticing water seeping in along one wall of their finished basement. The moisture was beginning to damage the baseboards and carpet, creating concern about long-term issues behind the drywall.
To protect the space, our crew installed a WaterGuard drainage system along the affected wall to capture and redirect any groundwater seepage before it reaches the floor surface. The new drains were tied into a SuperSump system, providing powerful and reliable water removal during heavy rains.
Now, the basement stays completely dry and protected—allowing the homeowner to enjoy their finished space without worry of future leaks or hidden water damage.
A homeowner in Englewood, Ohio reached out to us after repeated water intrusion along the backside wall of their basement. Water was seeping in during heavy rains, and they were ready for a permanent solution.
Our team installed a WaterGuard drainage system along the full length of the back wall to capture any groundwater before it could reach the basement floor. We also covered the wall with BrightWall panels, creating a clean, finished appearance while directing moisture down into the drainage system. Behind those panels, we tied in 4 well ducts, one for each basement window, to allow any water entering through the window wells to be safely drained into the system.
To complete the job, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system in the corner to keep everything dry, even during major storms or power outages.
Now, the homeowner can enjoy a dry, usable basement space and peace of mind for years to come.
