We are buying a 132 year old home that has some settling in the foundation in two areas. This is due to settling over the years in two corners where water run off has not drained properly. We want to the floors inside to be more level. It is noticeable in the slope of the floors and trim. We thought it may be possible to do the polilyft in those two corners to bring the floors more level.

I'm looking for a contractor to raise floor joists already in place for a full basement. I'm not sure if you can give me a referral if you only do crawl spaces. The middle of our house is sagging +3 inches from the exterior to the middle. The joists are white metal poles with holes and large metal pins.
