The great thing about piers are that they are completely concealed once the job is done. In this case, one could argue that the area actually looks better after we installed piers through the concrete. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and treating others properties like our own. This crawl space wasn't in that bad of a shape, but the homeowner knew that over time, the crawl space would end up in bad shape if they did not do something about it. That's when they googled "crawl space solutions", and then they found us online. We suggested encapsulating, insulating, and dehumidifying. We encapsulated with CleanSpace lining, we insulated with SIlverGlo panels, and we dehumidified with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This crawl space will now last a long, long time.
