The owner of this crawl space called us regarding "dampness and smells" in their crawl space. We sent one of our certified inspectors to help them come up with a plan to stop the moisture issues they were experiencing with their crawl space. We installed our system consisting of perforated drain pipes, a SmartSump sump pump with an Ultra Sump 4 battery backup, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, drainage matting, CleanSpace lining, and SilverGlo insulation panels.

This crawl space in Hillsboro, OH had ongoing moisture problems that were causing musty air to rise into the home. Concerned about air quality, energy efficiency, and potential damage to their home’s structure, the homeowners began researching solutions. That’s when they found our website and learned about crawl space encapsulation.
After reading about the many benefits—including reduced humidity, lower energy bills, added storage space, and protection from pests—they reached out to schedule an inspection. Once on site, our team cleaned out the crawl space, sealed off all outside air vents, and installed a heavy-duty vapor barrier along the floor and walls. We also added a dehumidifier to help maintain a dry, stable environment year-round.
The result is a clean, dry, and healthier space under their home—and the homeowners couldn’t be happier.

Using PolyLEVEL, an expansive polyurethane foam we lift and level sunken concrete slabs. The foam expands beneath the surface of the concrete lifting the sunken concrete slab. The foam cures over the course of a day leaving a powerful and lightweight foundation beneath the slab. PolyLEVEL is the preferred method over traditional forma of mudjacking or slab jacking.
A homeowner in Hillsboro, Ohio (Highland County) contacted us with concerns about moisture in the crawl space of their prefabricated home. Prefab homes often sit over crawl spaces that are especially vulnerable to dampness, and in this case, standing water and musty odors were beginning to affect the air quality inside. The homeowners wanted a permanent solution to protect both their living space and the home’s structure.
Our team designed a complete waterproofing and encapsulation system. We installed perforated drain pipe around the perimeter to capture and direct water to a SmartSump pump system. Across the crawl space floor, we laid drainage matting to keep water moving freely beneath the liner. From there, we encapsulated the entire area with CleanSpace, creating a sealed barrier against moisture. To finish the job, we added a high-performance dehumidification system to keep the environment dry and stable year-round.
The result is a clean, healthy, and energy-efficient crawl space that gives the homeowners peace of mind knowing their prefabricated home is now protected from future moisture issues.
We examine a foundation in Hillsboro, Ohio that was sloping and cracking over time. We determined that the best solution for the foundation issues would be to install a series of helical piers. We installed 8 Helical Piers under the perimeter of the foundation in order to permanently stabilize it and prevent further settling.
