Crawl Space Vapor Barrier in Hillsboro, OH
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is made of an antimicrobial material to keep the material smelling fresh. All over the floor, underneath the white vapor barrier, we installed our drainage matting. Our drainage matting is a dimpled waterproofing membrane that will allow water to flow underneath the vapor barrier to the sump pump located in the back left corner of this picture. The membrane also makes the vapor barrier sturdier and comfier to crawl across in the space.

Our SilverGlo insulation panels were wrapped against the concrete walls. They are made of graphite, (like newer pencils are) and they won't ever hold moisture. The silver insulation will keep the floors of this home warm in the winter, and they will also help the vapor barrier with keeping moisture out.

Crawl Space Waterproofing & Dehumidifying in Hillsboro, OH
We installed our SmartSump sump pump in the lowest graded corner of the crawl space. We installed perforated drains around the perimeter of the crawl space in the gravel floor to help channel groundwater to the sump pump. We also hooked up a battery backup system to the sump pump to help provide power to the sump pump in case of a power outage. Lastly, seen to the right, is our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This dehumidifier is considered the world's most efficient dehumidifier, and will keep this larger space completely dry as we want it to be. This dehumidifier is completely automatic and will discharge water molecules into the sump pump, and it comes with a moisture sensor to detect when to turn on.
