This home had a musty smell and bugs coming up from the crawlspace. We fixed these problems by encapsulating it with CleanSpace matting. We also installed SilverGlo insulation panels as well.

This basement was an old fieldstone root cellar. Fieldstone root cellars were used back in the day to store food at a cooler temperature. Although these root cellars can come with lots of moisture issues, they are pretty historic and deserve to be preserved. We were able to fix the foundation by applying a waterproofing system throughout the whole foundation by replacing their old sump pump with our newer TripleSafe sump pump. We also applied CleanSpace walls around the stone brick foundation to block out dirt and water. The result is a healthy basement that will last longer and preserve the cool stone foundation.

This home in Okeana, Ohio, had a typical gravel-floor crawl space with concrete walls and fiberglass insulation — both showing signs of moisture staining and humidity buildup. The environment was musty, inefficient, and at risk for mold and long-term structural damage.
We transformed the space by removing all of the old fiberglass insulation and installing our full CleanSpace® vapor barrier system, which seals the crawl space floor and walls to block out ground moisture. On the walls, we added SilverGlo® insulation panels — a rigid foam board that not only reflects heat back into the home but also resists moisture. We also applied spray foam insulation in the rim joists to seal air leaks and improve energy efficiency.
Not visible in the photo set are two critical components of this system: a SmartSump® crawl space sump pump to manage any incoming water, and a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity and maintain a dry, healthy environment year-round.

Using PolyLEVEL, an expansive polyurethane foam we lift and level sunken concrete slabs. The foam expands beneath the surface of the concrete lifting the sunken concrete slab. The foam cures over the course of a day leaving a powerful and lightweight foundation beneath the slab. PolyLEVEL is the preferred method over traditional forma of mudjacking or slab jacking.
In Okeana, Ohio, a homeowner reached out to us with concerns about foundation settlement affecting the side of their garage. The foundation had begun to shift, and cracking was starting to show — but the situation was complicated by a custom concrete patio and decorative hardscaping directly outside the problem area.
To preserve the homeowner’s patio, we chose to excavate from inside the garage, carefully digging down to the footing to install helical piers. These deep foundation elements reach stable soil far below the surface and permanently transfer the weight of the structure to those deeper layers — effectively stopping any further settlement.
Once the piers were installed and the foundation was fully stabilized, we patched over the interior excavations with concrete, leaving a clean, finished surface inside the garage.
Thanks to this approach, we were able to stabilize the foundation without disturbing the exterior living space, delivering a permanent solution with minimal disruption to the homeowner’s property.
The front porch of an Okeana, Ohio home was becoming uneven and dislocating from the wall. The homeowners were concerned that this unevenness was impacting their property value and posing a tripping hazard. Luckily, our team was able to correct the issue with a fast and effective solution.
Our team drilled a series of pea-sized holes through the concrete porch and injected PolyLevel underneath the structure. PolyLevel is a high-strength polyurethane foam that works for both heavy and light concrete structures. In fact, PolyLevel is strong enough to be used for driveways, roads, airport runways, and yes - porches! PolyLevel filled the gap beneath the slab, lifting it back to level. This will provide permanent stability to the structure.
