At a home in North Bend, Ohio, the front porch and the connected walkway had begun to separate and sink due to soil shifting underneath. Over time, this movement not only created an uneven surface but also posed a safety hazard for the homeowners and visitors. Our team used PolyLevel foam to carefully lift and stabilize both the porch and the sidewalk, restoring them to their original height and alignment. After the leveling process, we sealed all the joints and cracks to create a smooth, continuous surface that is both safe and visually appealing. The result is a front entrance that looks polished and solid, while protecting against future shifting and settling.

We visited a home in North Bend, Ohio, overlooking Aston Oaks Golf Course, where the homeowners noticed their 3.5-year-old concrete driveway starting to sink by more than an inch. When the home addition was built, the builder had to run sewer lines and utilities under the new section of driveway, and that soil has since begun to settle. To restore the surface, we used our PolyLevel system to lift the sunken slabs back to their proper height and stabilize the underlying soil. Once the driveway was level again, we sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro to protect against future water intrusion and shifting. The finished result looks clean and even, giving this beautiful North Bend property a safe, smooth driveway that complements its view of the Aston Oaks Golf Course.

Using PolyLEVEL, an expansive polyurethane foam we lift and level sunken concrete slabs. The foam expands beneath the surface of the concrete lifting the sunken concrete slab. The foam cures over the course of a day leaving a powerful and lightweight foundation beneath the slab. PolyLEVEL is the preferred method over traditional forma of mudjacking or slab jacking.
A homeowner in North Bend discovered that their basement was beginning to leak after winter temperatures caused previously hidden cracks in their foundation to expand. The past owners had attempted to conceal signs of foundation issues with cosmetic sealing, but the cracks reopened, allowing water to seep into the basement.
During our inspection, we found that the foundation walls were bowing inward and were actively moving. To stabilize the structure, we installed CarbonArmor wall straps, which provide strong, long-term support to prevent further inward movement. We also replaced the homeowner’s broken sump pump with our SuperSump system, ensuring reliable water removal and connecting it to the existing exterior French drains for optimal drainage away from the foundation.
Now, this North Bend home has stabilized foundation walls and a fully functional waterproofing system, protecting the basement from leaks and future water damage while addressing the structural concerns at the source.
There is nothing worse than a flooded crawl space. Water in the crawl space can lead to mold, mildew, and wood rot. That is what kept happening to the crawl space of a home in North Bend, Ohio. Every time that it rained, the crawl space would pool with water - which was starting to rot some of their wooden support beams. They knew it was time to call the experts after a storm in June left several inches of water under their home.
The first thing our crew did was encapsulate the space and seal off any vents with airtight covers. Then they replaced the rotten wooden support beams and stabilized the new support system with SmartJacks. Lastly, they installed a SmartSump. This sump pump is uniquely designed for crawl spaces and will pump any water collected back outside.
