A homeowner in Burlington, KY reached out to us about their driveway, where several concrete slabs had settled unevenly, creating cracks and tripping hazards. The sinking slabs not only made the driveway look rough but also caused water to pool in certain areas, which could lead to further damage.
To restore the driveway, our team used PolyLevel®, a high-density foam that lifts and levels concrete slabs with precision. After bringing the driveway back to an even, stable surface, we sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro®, a long-lasting, flexible sealant designed to keep water out and protect the concrete from future settling.
The result? A smooth, level, and protected driveway — all without the hassle or expense of a full replacement.

The gap seen in the before picture between the 1st and 2nd step was an issue for this homeowner, and they wanted it fixed. You see, a gap like this usually means that there is some settling occurring under your concrete slabs. If the settling is too extreme and reaches a certain threshold, your slabs could crack from imbalanced support. The gap seen in the pictures can also invite rain water under your slabs, further accelerating the settling process.
We fixed all these problems by:
1. Leveling the slabs by raising parts with PolyLevel foam injections.
2. Sealing the gaps and cracks with our concrete sealant.

Using PolyLEVEL, an expansive polyurethane foam we lift and level sunken concrete slabs. The foam expands beneath the surface of the concrete lifting the sunken concrete slab. The foam cures over the course of a day leaving a powerful and lightweight foundation beneath the slab. PolyLEVEL is the preferred method over traditional forma of mudjacking or slab jacking.
A homeowner in Burlington, KY noticed growing cracks along the corner of their home. The issue was caused by horizontal settlement — the soil beneath one corner of the foundation was shifting and allowing the structure to slowly move outward. To stop the movement and prevent further cracking, our crew installed a series of helical piers wrapping around the affected corner. These piers were drilled deep into stable soil and then attached to the foundation, effectively locking the home in place. With the corner stabilized, the structure is now protected from future settlement damage.
This customer was having foundation issues to the left side of their garage. Their foundation was sinking and it was resulting in cracks in their garage and an unbalanced garage floor. Luckily one of our certified inspectors knew just the fix to restore their foundation back to normal. Our helical piers were hydraulically screwed into the ground using their unique design to the exterior of the home. The piers were then attached to a steel foundation bracket connected to the footing. The piers are then able to lift the home back to normal, and due to the depthless of the piers, the home will never sink again. This solution is quick, minimal, and permanent. In the end, the customer was happy with our services.
