PowerBrace System to stabilize a foundation wall in Cleves, OH

A Cleves, Ohio homeowner noticed a bowing wall in the basement and water seeping in near the floor of the foundation wall.  To resolve this problem, we installed the patented PowerBrace System to the bowing wall.  The PowerBrace system consists of zinc-plated steel beams that are secured to the wall with brackets that are attached at the floor joist and floors to stabilize the wall. 

We also installed WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System to intercept the water that is seeping in at the floor of the foundation wall.  WaterGuard is a piping system that is installed in the floor along the foundation wall to intercept water that is seeping in.  The water is then drained into a sump pump system, such as the SuperSump, to be pumped out of the basement. 

The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System includes a 1/3hp Zoeller cast iron pump, the WaterWatch alarm System that will alert the homeowner to problems with the pump due to pump failure of power failure.  The SuperLiner, a heavy-duty liner that will not cave in or crack, and an Airtight Lid.  The Airtight Lid keeps things from falling into the SuperLiner, keeps moisture from re-entering the basement, and quiets the pump.   The Airtight Lid is strong enough for you to stand on it or store items on top of it. 

The PowerBrace System to stabilize the wall, the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing system along with the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System will give this homeowner peace of mind that the basement will be dry and they will be able to use the basement for extra living space or storage.
