We repaired this driveway in Florence, KY, by leveling out all the slabs with our PolyLevel foam injection system. By drilling tiny holes through the settled slabs and then injecting our special foam underneath the driveway through the holes, we were able to perfectly realign the concrete driveway. After making the driveway plum again, we then finished the project by sealing all the control joints and the hairline cracks with our NexusPro sealant. The homeowner told us that they didn't realize how much of an effect the process would have on the curb appeal of their home.

The best before before and after photos for waterproofing projects are no doubt the ones with CleanSpace walls. They are inexpensive and easy to install, and they do a fantastic job at covering up messy walls. They even tuck into our subfloor drains, which helps direct wall leaks to the sump pump.

Hydrostatic pressure was putting an incredible amount of strain on this basement in Florence, KY. Just one cubic foot of water weighs about 60 pounds, which means thousands of pounds of force can be pushing inward against your foundation at any given time. That was the case for this basement in Florence, KY, where built-up groundwater around the foundation led to cracks, leaks, and bowing walls. This specific wall in the basement was in an advanced stage of failure, shown by the visible shearing along the bottom section in the before photo, (Click here to see a short video on our youtube channel that explains how wall shearing occurs). To address the problem, we installed our interior perimeter waterproofing system to relieve the water pressure, paired with our PowerBrace wall repair system to stabilize and gradually straighten the walls. To finish, we added our BrightWall paneling system, which not only channels wall leaks into the drainage system but also provides a clean, bright appearance.

This basement in Florence, KY, had a few walls that were starting to move laterally. The soil sitting outside the foundation had become saturated and heavy, causing pressure to build up. This pressure was pressing inwards, causing cracks to appear on the foundation. Because the homeowner caught the problem early on, we were able to install our CarbonArmor straps to stabilize the walls. Our CarbonArmor straps are very thin and minimally invasive, which allowed us to install them behind the drywall framing without having to tear the studs out. The homeowner was very grateful our carbon fiber straps were able to secure their foundation without disturbing their basement.
A homeowner in Florence, Kentucky reached out after noticing their windows had become difficult to open and close, a common sign of foundation settlement. Our inspection confirmed that one corner of the home had begun to sink, causing the frames to shift out of alignment. To correct the issue, our team installed four helical piers along the front corner of the foundation. These piers were driven deep into stable soil and then used to lift the settled section back toward its original position. Once the foundation was properly stabilized, the windows operated smoothly again, and the homeowner could feel confident knowing their home was supported on solid ground.
In Florence, KY, this homeowner noticed their driveway and sidewalk had settled unevenly over time, with some concrete slabs sinking as much as 2.5 inches into the soil. The uneven surfaces weren’t just an eyesore — they also created serious trip hazards.
To fix the problem, we used PolyLevel®, our expanding foam solution that lifts sunken concrete quickly and precisely. Once the slabs were raised back to their proper position, we sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro®, a durable, flexible sealant that prevents water from seeping beneath the concrete — helping to protect the area from future settling.
Now, this driveway and sidewalk are level, sealed, and protected — giving the homeowner peace of mind and a safer, cleaner look.
