Using PolyLEVEL, an expansive polyurethane foam we lift and level sunken concrete slabs. The foam expands beneath the surface of the concrete lifting the sunken concrete slab. The foam cures over the course of a day leaving a powerful and lightweight foundation beneath the slab. PolyLEVEL is the preferred method over traditional forma of mudjacking or slab jacking.

We waterproofed the basement by installing 48 linear feet of our WaterGuard subfloor drains, wrapping the walls with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, installing a trench drain around the stairwell threshold, and fitting a new SmartSump sump pump in the corner. The homeowner noticed a difference in the smell of their home from their bedroom right away after we completed the job.
