WaterGuard and SuperSump to resolve water and mold in a basement in Lebanon, OH

A Lebanon, Ohio homeowner was having problems with moisture and mold on a finished basement wall.  A sump pump had not been installed in this basement.  He met with Roger, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that WaterGard Basement Waterproofing System and a SuperSump Pump System is installed.  

WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system installed along the foundation wall to intercept water that is seeping into the basement.  The water is then drained into the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement. 

The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump.  It also includes the WaterWatch Alarm, the SuperLiner and an Airtight Lid that will prevent moisture from evaporating back into the basement, keep things from falling into the liner, and quiets the pump.

Controlling the water that is coming into the basement will help prevent mold growth and damage to the finished walls caused by the water.
