Our Overall Service
9 of 10 power brace beams installed and adjusted. One installed so no adjustment was available with bolt as it was to short. Repeated calls to install longer bolt were answered but appointments were always rescheduled. Finally after repeated call someone was able to correct the problem

Ben was unable to commit to replacing bolt that was to short. Suggest that the company supply tools to neatly remove ceiling sections so customer can replace them without having to modify openings to allow new drywall to be installed.
