You were not high pressure, which was great!  The install crew was polite and courteous.  We like the warranty and the fact that the yard didn’t need dug up! So far so good!

I found The Basement Doctor Cincinnati on an internet search, but it was talking to Bobby that made me feel comfortable.  Your company had the experience and expertise to handle this job!  I also felt that Bobby was giving us his best advice to solve our basement issue, and was not just trying to sell us something.  Harry and the crew were excellent!  I was very comfortable with the whole process and was very confident that Harry knew what he was doing with both basements...even though all types of stone, block and poured cement were involved.  I would definitely hire The Basement Doctor again and recommend you to friends!

Mike Pritt and his crew members Bradley & Kyxen did a great job installing my sump pump and adding the Brightwall system. They were always on time, communication was excellent and the level of service was very professional. 5 STARS all around. Would highly recommend.

The installation crew was great and let me know every process step they were taking.  Harry and his team were very punctual and completed the project as promised on time. 

Overall it was a very and straightforward process.  The System has kept my basement dry in every rain storm since.  It is great to not have to worry about my basement flooding and we can begin to move on in finishing the basement. 

Pat, Vito, and Korey did a fantastic job of stabilizing the foundation. They spent the time explaining the process and keep me informed as work progressed. Great job gentlemen!
