I recently had work done on my basement by your company. The crew consisting of Ryan (the foreman), Brian, Pete and Andrew were very respectful, polite, neat and extremely hard working. Ryan kept me informed as they progressed and made sure that I understood everything when they were finished. They behaved in a professional manner and managed to be friendly as well. I wasn't sure what to expect in the beginning, but they certainly impressed me. You are fortunate to have employees such as these. All in all it was a positive experience. Kudos also for Chris Henderson, who really helped me decide first of all which company to go with and secondly, what work needed to be done. He is easy to talk to and he listens! He was thorough with all the details. Thanks for everything!

I have to give The Basement Doctor four stars.My mother's basement wall was in terrible condition. The foreman Brent Adams and his crew Jose Roses and Chris Powell did a wonderful job in just three days. They were informative, personable, and professional. They went above and beyond than just their jobs. They took the time to check the basement floor and raised it to the proper height. They made sure to clean up the work sight every day before leaving!! I would recommend the Basement Doctor to anyone having issues with their basement as well recommend Brent and his crew!! Thank you for a job well done and giving us piece of mind!!!!

Mike Pritt, Bradly, and Jake did great work. We hired The Basement Doctor to install SmartJack crossbeams to support beams that had rotted in our house. They arrived on time, reviewed project plans in detail, and completed the job very efficiently. They have great attention to detail and we are incredibly happy with the result. Highly recommend this company!

Mike Pritt with his crew Jake, and Bradley did an excellent job. We had a challenging basement and it turned out fabulous. Mike kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we didn't have any questions. They left the work site pristine, going above and beyond to wash down the floors. The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati's attention to detail was superior to any other company we considered using. Our foreman for the job, Rick, did a fantastic job! Upon inspection of our home, he was able to identify an issue that no one else addressed. The results were better than anticipated!
