We chose The Basement Doctor Cincinnati because you all had done basement crack repair work for me 12 years earlier...and I never had any trouble with those repairs.  The crew was extremely careful with the carpets, using protective coverings and cleaned up in a timely manner. 

Steve came out last week to give an estimate to see what it would cost to have part of my basement done. I thought it was worth a phone call because he did such an outstanding job I didn't feel like he was pushy at all he just gave me the facts and did a great job of just teaching me what needed to be done. I felt like that job needed to be recognized because he did a really great job, and I felt like that was worth a phone call.  He should be recognized for that. 

Both Corey C and Austin B did a great job sealing the cracks in our basement. Very professional and polite, ensured to give us a call with an ETA and once they arrived went over the plan and next steps. They were quick and efficient and will definitely be using the Basement Doctor again for any of our future waterproofing needs.

The foreman and his team were on time! They were hard workers, always courteous, explained things, answered questions, cleaned up and were a pleasure to have working in our home!
