Kevin Brandenburg and Keith Hughett worked on our driveway and did an awesome job. They called ahead and gave us an ETA where they arrived right on time. They were very professional and courteous and went above and beyond their jobs. When they were done they cleaned up their mess and left it better than when they got here. I would recommend using this company!!!

Outstanding experience!  We heard nightmare stories from neighbors who had other companies do their basements.  We were thrilled with the crew who did ours.  There was no dirt filtering through the house.  The basement looks great and there is NO WATER in the basement!

From the quoting process to completion of work, our experience with The Basement Doctor was wonderful. They took the time to check what was really going on to make sure we were getting the right solution and walked us through exactly what would happen and why. The installation team - Mike Pritt, Bradley, and Brian - were quick and professional. Mike kept me updated on the progress and made sure I knew everything they were doing. They completed the work efficiently and were very polite, and answered any questions I had. Always on time, and always clean everything up and leave it as they found it.
