Call Representative

Everyone I spoke with was attentive and pleasant; calls were promptly handled. This includes anyone that answered the phone, Stephanie and Lisa.

Sales Process

Donny was our rep; explained the problem (a broken main beam, water damage), gave us recommendations/options, answered questions thoroughly, was very patient. Donny knew & understood the urgency of our problem and arranged to have the work started immediately.

Our Installation Crew

Our crew was Mike Pritt, Kyle & Ricky. They were very professional. They explained everything they did, took pictures & had them sent to me, answered my many questions and put up with our pets. They gave me a tour of the crawlspace because I wanted to see what they did. Mike came back to cover a hole and as a courtesy (thank you Ben!) he hung up wires in the crawl space. Mike went above & beyond! Great crew!

The Cleanup Process

The crew cleaned up everything. They hauled out many bags of insulation, picked up every scrap of trash.

What made you choose our company:

After searching many companies, several whom hounded me with auto phone calls & text messages but didn't answer the office phones, Basement Doctor promptly answered, listened to my story of badly sagging floors and set up an appointment quickly. Donny's presentation, advice, options were so well presented that we hired Basement Doctor. I canceled the two other scheduled appointments with other companies.
