Sales Process
The presentation was very informative and thorough. After the initial sale, I felt there was some lack of communication between sales and install teams. It caused a delay in project, but did get final result as intended.
Our Installation Crew
I really enjoyed having Ben Gruber as my project manager. I was pleased that when the project had to be rescheduled he was still my team's leader. He kept me updated, on time and the guys all worked respectfully in my home.

What made you choose our company:

When I started the process to pick a company, the other companies didn't seem like the were up for all the pieces of the job. Basement Dr seemed to really "get" what needed done and offered all required services.
