This crawl space originally had a plastic vapor barrier and was dusty and dirty, like most crawl space areas are. With the CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed the crawl space is now clean and dry!
We installed BrightWall Paneling System and WaterGuard basement Waterproofing System for a homeowner in Cincinnati who was having problems with water seeping in along one wall of the basement. The BrightWall Panel is used to cover the walls and also to direct water down into the WaterGuard piping. WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub-floor piping system that collects water that seeps into the basement.
We used spray foam insulation and Everlast Panels in a basement in Cincinnati, OH. EverLast Panels are cement boards covered with a textured, mold-proof washable finish. EverLast Panels will not be ruined by water from plumbing leaks or moisture. We have also installed our patented WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System behind these panels. Any water that seeps into the basement will be intercepted by the WaterGuard and drained into the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement.
In these photos, you can see the installation of the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System and Thermal Dry Carpet.
The SuperSump is a high-end Zoeller cast iron sump pump. It also includes a WaterWatch Alarm, SuperLiner, and Airtight Lid. The Thermal Dry Carpet is made especially to withstand the basement floor environment. Basement floors are cold and often damp. Thermal Dry Carpet is made of 12" square modular tiles that lock together. They have raised pegs on the underside of them to raise the tiles off of the floor which allows the floor to breathe.
