This home in Alexandria, KY relied on an old sump pump connected to an exterior foundation drain system. While exterior systems are common in older homes, they often clog over time and are difficult to service since repairs require digging up the yard and foundation. We replaced the outdated setup with our TripleSafe sump pump, tied directly into our WaterGuard interior perimeter system. Unlike exterior drains, this interior system is serviceable, reliable, and built to keep the basement dry year-round. 

The family living in this home loved their pool, and were disgruntled that the slabs surrounding the pool were sinking into the soil, causing the slabs to crack. We injected PolyLevel foam under the slabs to raise the slabs back to an even level. We then sealed the cracks using NexusPro sealant, ensuring pool and rain water won't be able to enter between the concrete cracks. A family that contains young children and older grandparents shouldn't have to worry about them tripping over uneven concrete slabs around their pool. 

Soil was washing out from underneath parts of this driveway due to its situation on the hillside. We injected PolyLevel foam under the concrete slabs to raise them and keep them there. We also sealed the slab joints with NexusPro sealant, which is highly weatherproof.

In Monroe, OH, this homeowner’s front sidewalk had settled unevenly over time, creating a tripping hazard on the walkway leading up to the porch. Using PolyLevel®, we carefully lifted the sunken sidewalk slabs back into place, eliminating the uneven steps. To finish the job, we sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro®, helping to prevent future damage and keeping water from washing out the soil underneath.
