Before calling us, a homeowner in Dayton, KY, faced a common but troubling issue: an unlevel sidewalk and driveway that compromised both curb appeal and safety. Notice in the before photo how unsettling the uneven concrete looks. The after photo beautifully demonstrates our solution. By skillfully applying PolyLevel and sealing joints with NexusPro, we restored the area's functionality and appearance. The transformation speaks volumes about delivering remarkable customer experiences through reliable, lasting solutions.
Basements that have a lot of water built up around their foundation will likely experience two problems: Bowed walls & water intrusions. Unfortunately for this homeowner in Dayton, KY, they were experiencing these problems. We fixed both problems by installing our interior perimeter waterproofing system and our steel I-beam wall repair system. The steel I-Beams we use are called PowerBraces and are not your average I-beams. They are super strong and corrosion resistant, they are able to straighten walls out over time, and were designed to prevent floor joist damage. They can even be fitted with our WaterGuard subfloor drainage system, as seen in the photo below. After installing our two systems, the basement walls were relieved of tremendous amounts of pressure.
We installed a new RockWell window well and a basement egress window in this West Chester, Ohio home. The before picture was taken after was sawed a concrete rectangle out of the wall.
In Farmersville, Ohio, this crawl space was experiencing excess moisture, musty odors, and poor insulation—common issues that can affect the entire home. We performed a complete encapsulation, installing drainage matting, CleanSpace® vapor barrier, SilverGlo™ insulation, spray foam on rim joists, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The “before” photos show a damp, neglected space, while the “after” images highlight a clean, dry, and energy-efficient crawl space that helps protect the home from the ground up.
In Middletown, OH, these homeowners had a large tripping hazard on their back patio where two slabs had settled unevenly. The problem was so severe that they kept a bench over the back door just to cover it up. Our team lifted the sunken concrete back into place with PolyLevel and sealed the joints with NexusPro, leaving the patio level, safe, and ready to use again. Editor's note: They painted the side of their house a different color before we started the project.
