Basements that have a lot of water built up around their foundation will likely experience two problems: Bowed walls & water intrusions. Unfortunately for this homeowner in Dayton, KY, they were experiencing these problems. We fixed both problems by installing our interior perimeter waterproofing system and our steel I-beam wall repair system. The steel I-Beams we use are called PowerBraces and are not your average I-beams. They are super strong and corrosion resistant, they are able to straighten walls out over time, and were designed to prevent floor joist damage.
