This homeowner called us because they had noticed some large cracks in their garage. They also noticed the cracks were "active" and were spreading in their depth. We went out to first jack the concrete slab with our PolyLevel foam. After everything was level, we then sealed the cracks with NexusPro sealant. It's important to seal large cracks like this because if water gets into the cracks, it can ruin the concrete further. The result was a satisfied customer, who could now stop worrying about their garage floor from cracking.  

When this Dayton, OH, homeowner spotted signs of water leaks behind their basement's finished walls, they knew it was time for expert help. This homeowner in Dayton, OH had a back porch that was sinking away from the rest of the home, causing gaps between the brick wall and porch floor. We raised the porch to close these gaps by using our foam jacking method. This foam jacking process, is quicker, cleaner, and more effective than mud jacking. We first drill pea-sized holes in the slabs in order to create an entryway for our foam gun. We then inject our PolyLevel foam under the slabs in order to raise it. We then close and seal all the gaps, then we leave. This homeowner was very impressed with the efficiency of our foam jacking methods, and doesn't have to worry any longer about their back porch sinking.

This tiny little crawl space was actually in pretty decent condition before we encapsulated, which is actually pretty rare to see. Most people wait until the last minute, which as we all know, will end up costing more in the long run to repair it when you wait. Although in decent condition, this crawl space was showing signs of rot just barely on the beams near the walls and corners of the crawlspace. It was also not insulated the best, something the customer was concerned about. We installed an encapsulation of CleanSpace drainage and matting around the entirety of the crawl space. We also sprayed foam insulation up near the rim joists where the CleanSpace could not reach. We also installed Foamax on one side of the crawlspace, where the crawlspace was closest to the outside air. All in all this was a smart customer who encapsulated and insulated their crawl space so they could save money on energy bills, rim joists repairs, and more importantly, save the air quality they must live with by blocking out moisture. 

This homeowner was having problems with their chimney sinking away from the home. Often times, chimneys have their own foundation and are very heavy, making them sink into the ground. We installed helical piers at the base of the chimney, and raised the base back to where it originally was installed.
