This homeowner gave us a call because they suspected their existing sump pump was failing. They noticed it wasn't running as often as it normally should, and when they looked under the lid, the water line was above the activating switch. We replaced their old sump pump for them with our SuperSump sump pump. We also attached our UltraSump 4 battery backup system to the sump pump. The UltraSump pump goes fits in the sump liner, and is powered by a battery, (which is off to the right of the "after" picture).
