This crawl space in Eastgate Cincinnati was in need of repair by the homeowner, as they were preparing to sell their home. The homeowner realized that this project would bring the biggest return on their homes investment, and it would make selling the property a whole lot easier. A relatively easy job for us, the three foot high crawl space was encapsulated by our crew with over 1,100 sq feet of our vapor barrier in less than three days. The relatively high clearance in the space allowed our crew to move a whole lot quicker when compared to some of the shallower spaces we have worked in.

This landing platform for this concrete stairwell in Latonia, KY, had sunken too far into the ground. This tilted landing platform was a nuisance for anyone who wanted to access their stair well. We made the landing platform even again by raising it with our foam jacking methods. Our patented PolyLevel foam is lighter, cleaner, and stronger than mud jacking methods. 

The bottom half of this drywall became compromised due to excess exposure to moisture. To waterproof this basement with our subfloor drainage system, we first needed to cut out the damaged parts of the drywall. After we cut the drywall and installed our WaterGuard subfloor drains underneath the concrete, we then installed our EverLast wall panels to replace the damaged drywall. The Everlast panels are waterproof and look beautiful. They are also made of vinyl and come in a variety of neutral colors, so that they match any wall. 

The bottom third of this drywall became soaked with moisture and started to grow must. When we gave a free quote to the homeowners, we showed them our EverLast drywall repair system, which is perfect for occasions like this. You see, in order to install our waterproofing system we have to cut the drywall to be able to install our WaterGuard subfloor drains. When we cut them, we can replace them with our waterproof Everlast panels, which look great. You won't have to worry about them growing musty smells or getting damaged from water thanks to their vinyl composition. They come in neutral colors and are washable, making for the perfect drywall replacement system.

The owner of this home had been living there five years when they gave us a call. They were concerned about humidity issues, as well as having to replace their furnace filter every year. You see, this dirt floor in the basement was throwing dirt and dust around everywhere, and then the furnace would throw the dirt all around the upper levels of the home. The high humidity levels were also making the furnace work twice as hard, as it's way more difficult to heat and cool humid air versus dry air. We got the job done by waterproofing the whole basement with a CleanSpace vapor barrier, drainage matting, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a SuperSump sump pump.
