Wall Anchors in Walton, KY

This garage in Walton, KY, had an exterior wall that was bowing inwards towards the garage floor slab. To push the wall back and stabilize it, we drilled four tiebacks through the damaged wall. By using the counteractive force of the surrounding soil of the structure, we were able to successfully tighten all 4 wall anchors, pushing the wall back effectively. If you look closely enough at the cracks in the wall in the before photo, and you compare it to the after photo, you'll be able to see we were able to close the gaps and cracks in the wall. More importantly though, this wall is safe from collapsing forever due to shifting soils.
