Basement Waterproofing Contractors in Florence, Kentucky

It may be hard to tell from the photo, but the carpet in this basement in Florence, KY, was absolutely soaked. We waterproofed this basement to make sure any new carpet that gets replaced stays as dry as a bone. Seen in the after picture is our TripleSafe sump pump connected to our subfloor WaterGuard drains. When we cut the drywall out, we made sure to do so carefully so the homeowner has an easy time replacing it. Our TripleSafe sump pump hosts a battery backup system to make sure this finished basement stays dry, even in the event of a power outage. The TripleSafe has an air-tight lid that is flush with the floor, so it doesn't take up much space and won't leak moisture into the basement.

Leaky Window Waterproofing in Walton, Kentucky

The owner of this basement in Walton, KY, dealt with an unfortunate situation: their basement flooded. The owner told us how they scrambled during the flood to tear out their carpet, cut out their drywall, move all their valuables off of the floor, and place buckets and shop vacs near all the pools of water. This flood event seemingly occured out of nowhere, but upon closer inspection, this basement was a ticking time bomb. There were cracks underneath all the windows, evidence of moisture intrusion near the coves, and their outdated sump pump, (connected to their existing, clogged, exterior footer drains) was running on its last leg. We ended up installing our WaterGuard interior subfloor drains in the coves, right where the walls meet the floor from inside the basement. We then installed our WellDuct drains underneath all the leaky windows in the basement, including the window shown in this photo set. Our Wellduct drains will channel all water that the outside window wells may catch down into the subfloor drainage system. To finish the project, we replaced their outdated sump pump with a brand new TripleSafe sump pump to ensure water can't enter their basement any longer. The homeowner was excited to put their basement back together the way it was before the flood.

Basement Waterproofing in Ansonia, OH

This basement in Ansonia, OH, was struggling to keep water off of its floor. We waterproofed the basement by fitting the coves with our subfloor WaterGuard drainage system and installing a TripleSafe sump pump. We also equipped with damp basement with our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier for added moisture protection. Our TripleSafe sump pump has a battery backup system attached to it to keep the sump pump system running, even if the power were to go out. The homeowner was impressed with our crews attention to detail.

Basement Waterproofing Company in Ft Mitchell, Kentucky

The basement in this home in Fort Mitchell, KY was moldy, wet, and dusty. We offered to install our waterproofing system for the homeowner, and they agreed. Our system included our WaterGuard subfloor drains, our SuperSump sump pump, and our CleanSpace vapor barrier walls. We love when our customers opt in for the white CleanSpace walls because not only do they look great for photos, they also provide support to the drainage system. The vapor barrier allows water to flow down from the walls into the drains beneath the floor, keeping musty water smells out from your living area. The vapor barrier also makes for a great pre basement finishing product as it can protect drywall and other types of walls from water damage. Even if you don't plan on finishing your basement, the vapor barrier can stand alone as a beautiful, clean, reflective wall, covering all the cracks, stains, and dirt.

Below Grade Waterproofing in Hamilton, OH

This below grade garage in Hamilton, OH, leaked heavily during rains. We wrapped the exterior walls with our WaterGuard subfloor drainage system to invite built up water into the system. The drainage installation process included: trenching out the floor around the perimeter, drilling weep holes through the blocks, fitting our system into the trenches, pitching the system with gravel, and concealing the system with a fresh layer of concrete. The weep holes were key in this process, as they helped relieve the foundation of built up hydrostatic pressure. We then installed a SuperSump sump pump with a battery backup system in the corner of the basement to help discharge the water far away from the home.
