This foundation was 100 years old, made of stone, and had no sump pump. Concerned with moisture issues, the owner of this home in Fort Thomas, KY, decided to give us a call to learn more about our system. After explaining to them about our interior perimeter waterproofing system, we then told them about our CleanSpace wall system. This basement in West Chester, OH, had a failing exterior waterproofing system. The footer drains that were placed in the soil when the home was first built had clogged in spots, and the sump pump was struggling to properly manage the water.
