Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This large basement was having some issues with the snowy weather. The walls were also leaking a lot of cold air into the home. This foundation was 100 years old, made of stone, and had no sump pump. Concerned with moisture issues, the owner of this home in Fort Thomas, KY, decided to give us a call to learn more about our system. After explaining to them about our interior perimeter waterproofing system, we then told them about our CleanSpace wall system. This customer in Mason, OH, wanted a bigger window that would allow for an emergency exit if needed be. All that was left to do was to install the window well lid!

This basement in Loveland, OH, leaked almost every time it rained. They had a clogged footer drain, and rather than have someone excavate around their entire foundation to install a new exterior system, (which would likely clog again) they decided to have us install our full interior perimeter solution. This homeowner wanted to move their teenager down into the basement, so they also wanted us to install a new egress window to allow for emergency exits, natural sunlight, and fresh air. This house that we set out to waterproof was built in 1937 and had a block wall foundation. The relatively new owners of the home loved everything about the house, except for the fact that it leaked water every time it rained. In the before picture, you can actually see the damp spot on the floor closest to the wall.
