Tyler is a hard worker for the Basement Doctor. He is originally from Monroe County, West Virginia, and now lives in Delhi Township.
Tyler reports that being from West Virginia, he is country to the core. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and four-wheeling. If he is not catching up on some sleep, you will probably find him out riding a quad.
He is a fan of the...Pittsburg Steelers!
Tyler takes a lot of pride in being a hard worker and enjoys helping customers repair their homes.
This crawl space was having issues with mold, mildew, humidity, and odor. We were able to encapsulate the space with a CleanSpace liner, install a TimeMachine data logger for their SuperSump, and add a SaniDry Dehumidifier.
There was a lot of work to do in this basement, but what a difference it has made! We installed our CleanSpace Wall System. A CleanSpace Liner is permanently attached to the walls of the basement. The CleanSpace Wall System is our most economical wall system. It can be left exposed or covered. The CleansSpace Liner covers the walls and will also allow water to drain into the WaterGuard without permeating into the basement. WaterGuard is a sub-floor piping system that collects the water that seeps into the basement. The water will be drained into the SuperSump Pump System to be removed from the basement. Also installed is the PowerBrace System, which will stabilize a wall that is cracking, bowing, or tilting. For more information on how these products work, schedule an appointment with a Certified Inspector.
We installed a RockWell Window well and egress window in Fairfield, Ohio. An Egress window provides a way of egress or exit from the basement. The Rockwell Window Well has built-in steps to make it easier to exit the basement.
This Montgomery home was in need of some waterproofing in the basement - namely a sump and a drainage system. Luckily, the Basement Doctor was able to put in a SuperSump and Waterguar (pictured above). The WaterGuard will help catch and drain water away from the perimeter, and the SumperSump will pump it out of the basement and into the yard where it belongs.
