This home resides on one of the many beautiful hillsides location in Cincinnati, OH. However, the overlooking deck on the backside of the home was sinking due to problematic soil beneath two of the support posts. We not only stabilized the deck permanently with two helical piers, but we also lifted the deck back up to level out the floor. This simple project allowed the homeowners to get back to enjoying their deck without the worry of spilling wine on an unlevel table surface. The part of the deck that was most problematic was the sunroom addition. The sunroom is up on the deck and is enclosed with vinyl siding. It's likely that the support posts underneath the sunroom weren't capable of holding all the weight due to problematic soil underneath their concrete foundations.
