The foreman Brent Adams and his crew Jose Roses and Chris Powell did a wonderful job in just three days. They were informative, personable, and professional. They went above and beyond than just their jobs. They took the time to check the basement floor and raised it to the proper height. They made sure to clean up the work sight every day before leaving!! I would recommend the Basement Doctor to anyone having issues with their basement as well recommend Brent and his crew!! Thank you for a job well done and giving us piece of mind!!!!

The sani-dry system arrived damaged, but Brent quickly took care of the situation and contacted his supervisor to make sure we get a replacement part ASAP.Dan was very through and kept in touch, answering all our questions during the decision process. Brent and his crew were very respectful; they were very careful with our items. Brent was always in the best dispostion to answer all our questions. We chose BD because of the innovative waterproofing solutions it offers and because of its many years of experience. We also know that our neighbor used BD when sealing their crawl space and they were very satisfied with the job done.
