We decided to have our driveway leveled due to the high cost of replacement. They came out did an estimate which was a fraction of the cost of replacing it, we scheduled the appointment and they sent two of the most polite and professional gentlemen out that I have worked with in a long time. It seemed they never took a breath till the job was done then took the time to explain everything step they had taken to get there. The drive and sidewalk are now level and seams sealed to prevent this from happening again. Highly recommend the company and I am sure they have other great team members but I would request Andrew and William as I know they will give you the extra effort and do an amazing job.

Tyler Vass, Steve, and Jimmy showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. The company was excellent with communicating ahead of the appointment and performed quality work.

Mike Pritt, Bradly, and Jake did great work. We hired The Basement Doctor to install SmartJack crossbeams to support beams that had rotted in our house. They arrived on time, reviewed project plans in detail, and completed the job very efficiently. They have great attention to detail and we are incredibly happy with the result. We went with your company because we didn't have to remove any decking outside and we only had work done on what we needed.  Other companies wanted to do more work than we needed, costing more and causing us to remove flooring.  Your option allowed us to pay less and only fix what was broken!

I actually looked at 3 different companies and your company was the most open and direct and provided the inspection in a very timely manner, even fitting it in between other previous appointments.  The technician showed up exactly as scheduled at 10:00am and did a quality job!
