We used the PolyLevel Injection System to raise a concrete slab in Wilmington, Ohio. Over time, the ground under a concrete slab can compress or wash away causing the slab to sink. This can also create a tripping hazard. The PolyLevel Injection System can be used quickly, with little mess, and will be ready to be used again very soon.
A Dayton, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement from between the floor and wall. We installed WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to resolve this problem for the homeowner.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system installed along the foundation wall to intercept water that seeps into the basement. The water is then pumped out of the basement through a drainage system, such as a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System.
The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System has a high-end 1/3 hp cast iron pump. It also includes the WaterWatch Alarm, SuperLiner, and an Airtight Lid.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump system will keep the basement dry and the homeowner will no longer have to worry about water seeping in. The basement will be dry and a more comfortable space that they will be able to enjoy for years to come.
The first step of this customer's front porch began sinking. We injected it with our PolyLevel foam and lifted the concrete step to meet the porch again.
A Leesburg, Ohio homeowner was experiencing water seeping into the basement through some cracks in a poured foundation wall. The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati and met with a Certified Inspector who recommended that the FlexiSpan Crack Repair System and Bright Wall Panel is used to resolve this problem for the homeowner.
The FlexiSpan Crack Repair System is used to permanently seal a crack in a poured foundation wall in the basement. The FlexiSpan Crack Repair begins with a bead of sealant placed over the crack to seal the crack. This is a typical method of repairing a foundation wall crack that is leaking water into the basement. The problem with only using a sealant is that as the ground freezes and thaws and the house continues to settle, the crack could re-open a little bit allowing water to flow into the basement again. Here is where the FlexiSpan is different. After sealing the crack with the sealant, a FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip is also placed over the bead of sealant. The FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip will drain any water that leaks through the bead of sealant and will direct the water down into the drainage well that will be installed at the bottom of the repair. The FlexiSpan Crack Repair System can also be tucked into the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, our patented waterproofing system. The next layer is a Sealant overlay which is placed overlapping the FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip to completely seal the repair. The Sealant Overlay can flex up to 3/4" ensuring this is a permanent repair.
BrightWall Paneling System is a bright-white sheet of plastic paneling that is used to cover basement walls and drain wall leaks down into a drainage system, such as the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. BrightWall Paneling can also be used to cover the basement walls like traditional paneling. The advantage to the BrightWall Paneling System is that it is designed not only to look great and brighten up your basement but the important feature of being able to drain the wall leaks and preventing water vapor from getting into the basement. BrightWall Paneling System gives the homeowner a semi-finished basement that is dry and free of water intrusion when used along with other waterproofing products.
Homeowners, schedule an appointment with a Certified Inspector to see how FlexiSpan Crack Repair, BrightWall Paneling System or other products can help you to create a dry basement that can be used for storage, recreation, or extra living space.
