Thanks to all of you for making this a positive experience. The real test is yet to come; we will get back to you the next time we have an extremely heavy rain and hopefully have no more water in our basement.

Chris H. was very patient and did NOT pressure us into making the decision to hire the company. He gave us plenty of time to talk about our decision to hire The Basement Doctor and we are glad we did.

Our Installation Crew

Harry B., Cody B., and Brent A. were professional and courteous. Harry was excellent at answering questions and emphasizing that your company would be back if we had any problems. Cody B. was friendly and extremely polite when I had questions. Brent A. was amazing at burying the tile in the backyard; We could hardly tell where the tile was buried after he finished; he was AWESOME! WOW! This crew was amazing!

The Cleanup Process

The crew did a great job of cleaning up both during and after the whole process. We were VERY satisfied.

What made you choose our company:

We were tired of having to have our basement dried out after heavy rains left us with a soggy basement.
