Moisture Issues in Bellbrook, OH, Crawl Space
In August, our inspector found moisture dripping from the bottom of the ductwork in this crawl space. Humid air entering through the open vents was condensing on the coolest surfaces - the AC ducts. Over time, this can cause the ducts to rust and reduces efficiency, forcing the air conditioner to work harder to cool the home.

They are also extremely sturdy, and are made of galvanized steel to prevent rusting. After jacking them up, we were able to level out the floors above.

It also helps clean spores and dust mites out of the air. This dehumidification system allowed us to close all the vents in the space for good.
