I served in the United States Army before attending the University of Cincinnati. I started working in the construction business as a Carpenter/Owner Operator of a small business. I have experience in framing and foundation construction, with over 100 homes built in the late '90s.
I enjoy meeting all of our clients and solving their problems. I find pleasure in finding solutions for our customers and helping them put this part of their lives behind them, move on, and let go of all the worries.
I like to have fun and enjoy life. Golfing, traveling, going to concerts and sporting events, spending time with friends and family.
I live in Maineville, Ohio. I have two children and a cat.
Hobbies: Golf, hiking, and kayaking.
Favorite Sports Teams: Reds and Bengals.
An Oregonia, Ohio homeowner has a bowing block basement wall in his home that was built in the 1920s. The homeowner met with Walt, a professionally trained inspector for a solution to this problem. Walt recommended that PowerBraces are installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner.
PowerBraces are steel I-Beams installed tightly against the wall and secured with brackets that are attached to the floor and floor joists. These PowerBraces immediately stabilize the wall and can be tightened over time to potentially reverse wall failure.
Polylevel Injection was used on this sidewalk slab to raise it to be level with the driveway slab.
This is a crawl space that we installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with SilverGlo Crawl Space Insulation and RimTight Rim Joist insulation for a homeowner in Hamilton, Ohio.
In the Before photo, you can see the crawl space had some problems with moisture causing the insulation to fall out from the floor joists. In the after photo, CleanSpace liner has been installed in the crawl space. It not only provides a mold and vapor-proof barrier, the bright white color really brightens up the crawl space.
We installed a RockWell Window well and egress window in Fairfield, Ohio. An Egress window provides a way of egress or exit from the basement. The Rockwell Window Well has built-in steps to make it easier to exit the basement.
