This homeowner had stained walls and floors from water intrusions in their basement. They called us to fix the problem, so we drew up a solution. We planned for a full perimeter WaterGuard drain system, hooked up to a SuperSump Plus sump pump. We also installed BrightWall panels to help cover up those stains. 

We leveled out this sidewalk in Wilmington, Ohio by jacking it with our PolyLevel foam. Gone be tripping hazards and awkward steps!

Water was seeping in through the cellar hatch every time it rained, creating puddles and putting stress on the old sump pump system. We installed a trench drain in front of the hatch to catch and redirect surface water before it entered the cellar, then replaced the outdated pump with our TripleSafe sump pump for reliable year-round protection. This Sardinia, OH home is now equipped to handle heavy rains without worry thanks to this basement waterproofing system.

Because this homeowners porch slab was settling into the soil in Lynchburg, OH, many gaps started to appear in the brick around their beautiful front door. We raised the slab with our PolyLevel foam in order to close these gaps. We highlighted the gaps in the before picture to better help display just how far we were able to raise the slab. The project only took a few hours, and the foam cured very quickly, which allowed the homeowners access to their new front porch in a very short amount of time.

We wrapped this entire basement in Cedarville, OH, with WaterGuard drains to provide the homeowners with a proper lifelong basement drainage system. We also installed our premiere TripleSafe sump pump to provide ultimate protection against leaks. The WaterGuard drains will collect water from the weeping holes in the cove joints, and will direct the water towards the sump pump through the power of gravity. The TripleSafe will then discharge the water far away from the foundation. The TripleSafe has three separate pumps including a battery backed one. This basement is now safe from leaks.
