Their existing exterior french drain system was still working, but the sump pump couldn't keep up with it. We replaced their sump pump with our premier TripleSafe sump pump system. As the name implies, the Triple safe comes with three pumps: The primary is a Zoeller 1/3 HP, the secondary is a Zoeller 1/2 HP pump, and the tertiary pump is our UltraSump battery backed system. The battery backed system, (which turns on in case of power outage or if the first two pumps are overpowered) can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge by itself. The TripleSafe also has a proprietary airtight lid, which contains an airtight floor drain and an alarm system.
