This basement wall in Owensville, OH, had started to bow inward due to hydrostatic pressure pushing against it from the outside soil. The movement was beginning to cause cracks and visible staining along the surface. To permanently stabilize the wall, we installed our PowerBrace Wall Repair System, which uses heavy-duty steel beams to support and gradually straighten the wall over time. We also finished the project by installing BrightWall panels behind the PowerBraces to cover the stained concrete, giving the basement a clean, bright appearance while protecting it from future moisture issues.
The concrete pad just outside of this garage had sunken into the dirt. This had become annoying for the homeowner because every time they pulled their lawn mower out, it would not be a smooth process. It was also a pretty dangerous tripping hazard, as the garage was a place where they moved heavy items in and out of. We fixed the gap by injecting our PolyLevel foam underneath the concrete pad in little pea-sized holes. Afterwards, the concrete pad was flush with the garage floor, making life a whole lot easier for this homeowner.
CleanSpace is one of our most popular wall options that we install. It is a vapor proof barrier that is strong, antimicrobial, and clean. It tucks right into our subfloor drains, which helps drain wall moisture. It can be left as is, or you can finish your own type of wall over it thanks to the CleanSpace's moisture protection properties.
Our CarbonArmor wall repair system is a strong yet minimally invasive solution for foundation walls beginning to bow inward. In this Morrow, OH basement, we started by grinding the wall to create a clean, rough surface for proper adhesion. A layer of epoxy resin was then applied, followed by the installation of carbon fiber straps for reinforcement. Another coat of epoxy secured the straps firmly in place. Each strap was then anchored to the rim joist using our ArmorLock system, which connects the carbon fiber to a heavy-duty steel bracket for added stability. The result is a permanent, low-profile repair that strengthens the wall and prevents further movement.
This basement in Morrow, Ohio had a poured foundation with minimal protection against water intrusion—just a basic vapor barrier loosely hanging on the walls. Moisture, poor insulation, and a lack of drainage left the space vulnerable to leaks and musty air. We transformed this basement into a dry, usable space by installing our Foamax wall paneling insulation, which provides both moisture protection and thermal efficiency. To handle water intrusion at its source, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system and a WaterGuard interior drainage system, ensuring any groundwater is collected and redirected before it ever reaches the living space. To keep humidity in check, we added a powerful SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
Now, this basement is clean, dry, warm, and protected—ready to be used year-round without the worry of water or mold.
