We wrapped this entire basement in Cedarville, OH, with WaterGuard drains to provide the homeowners with a proper lifelong basement drainage system. We also installed our premiere TripleSafe sump pump to provide ultimate protection against leaks. The WaterGuard drains will collect water from the weeping holes in the cove joints, and will direct the water towards the sump pump through the power of gravity. The TripleSafe will then discharge the water far away from the foundation. The TripleSafe has three separate pumps including a battery backed one. This basement is now safe from leaks. 

Our CleanSpace walls were used to create a vapor barrier for this homeowner's crawlspace. Not only do the walls block out moisture, but they also block out bugs, critters, and the cold air. A crawlspace should be treated as an extension of your home, since it contains the air that will eventually be pulled to your living space. 

This 1990’s home in Jamestown, OH, had a 2-foot-tall block foundation crawl space with no sump system in place. The space carried a musty odor, showing signs of excess moisture and possible hidden issues. We repaired the crawl space by encapsulating the space with CleanSpace liner and SilverGlo insulation, sealing out dampness and creating a clean, dry environment. Not pictured is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which helps keep humidity under control year-round. The musty smell is gone, and the home is now better protected against moisture, with improved air quality and long-term structural health.

This shallow crawl space in New Vienna, OH, needed some protection against moisture and settling concrete columns. We first repaired the sagging columns by jacking the main beams with our SmartJack crawl space posts and straightening the joists out. We then fixed the musty smells by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier, wrapping it over the entire floor and up the walls and columns. This homeowner in New Vienna, OH, had sagging floor joists, so they thought they would try and fix the problem themselves by using jack posts from their local hardware store. The homeowner quickly realized that these posts stood no chance against the weight of the frame, so they gave us a call to install our heavy duty SmartJack posts. These posts are made of galvanized steel, which helps prevent rust. These supports can hold up to 60,000 vertical pounds, compared to the lally columns seen in the before photo, which can only hold up to 23,000 pounds. The homeowner was happy to know that their floors are now safe and sturdy as can be.
