What started as a dark, damp crawl space in Mount Orab, OH was creating problems no homeowner wants—musty smells, cold floors, and the potential for mold. The space was unsealed and exposed to the elements, making it an ideal environment for moisture and pests.
That’s where we came in. Our team installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier, completely sealing off the crawl space from the earth. This durable liner not only locks out moisture but also brightens the space, giving it a cleaner, more finished look.
Now, instead of a damp, forgotten area beneath the home, the crawl space is dry, protected, and contributing to better air quality and energy efficiency throughout the house. The transformation is dramatic—and the peace of mind is priceless.
At the Premier Pain Treatment Center in Mount Orab, OH, several concrete slabs near the front doors had sunk, creating uneven edges and potential tripping hazards for patients and staff entering the building. We lifted the sunken slabs back into place using our PolyLevel foam-jacking method, making them flush with the surrounding concrete. The entryway is now smooth, safe, and welcoming for everyone visiting the center.
A Georgetown, Ohio homeowner had concerns about moisture in the crawl space and was interested in encapsulation. He met with Steve, a Certified Inspector, who recommended a CleanSpace encapsulation system with drainage matting underneath, SilverGlo insulation panels, rim tight joist insulation, and a SmartSump sump pump installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner. In these pictures you can see the before and after of this crawl space. Before, the crawl space had little to no protection from moisture seeping into the crawl space. Now with the CleanSpace encapsulation system, the crawl space has a vapor and mold proof liner, and the SmartSump will drain any water that seeps under the CleanSpace liner out of the crawl space.
We installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system in Xenia, Ohio. The crawl space had some pink fiberglass insulation that had fallen down, and there was no vapor barrier installed. A vapor barrier is important to keep moisture from entering the crawl space. Moisture in a crawl space can cause mold, musty odors, and wood rot.
This homeowner called us because they noticed horizontal cracks in their foundation walls and they noticed that the walls were bowing in more and more over time. They knew they were going to need some reinforcing to protect their home, so they called us. We installed our steel zinc-coated PowerBraces on all the walls that were bowing in. PowerBraces are great because they are designed to not only realign the walls over time, but they also protect floor joists from damage, unlike alternative steel beams other contractors may install.
