We encapsulated this shallow crawl space in Maineville, OH, in order to keep the home fresh and strong. This crawl space in Williamsburg, OH started off damp, musty, and unprotected—creating the perfect conditions for mold, pests, and poor air quality. The drainage pipes were connected to a SmartSump sump pump, which we installed in the lowest corner of the crawl space. We then installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier all over the floor and up the walls of the crawl space in order to isolate the crawl space from the earth. The vapor barrier also brightens the crawl space thanks to its white reflective color. We then installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to make sure this ginormous space stays dry 24/7. The result of this project made the homeowners very happy, knowing their homes foundation is protected for the future.
