We visited a home in North Bend, Ohio, overlooking Aston Oaks Golf Course, where the homeowners noticed their 3.5-year-old concrete driveway starting to sink by more than an inch. When the home addition was built, the builder had to run sewer lines and utilities under the new section of driveway, and that soil has since begun to settle. To restore the surface, we used our PolyLevel system to lift the sunken slabs back to their proper height and stabilize the underlying soil. Once the driveway was level again, we sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro to protect against future water intrusion and shifting. The finished result looks clean and even, giving this beautiful North Bend property a safe, smooth driveway that complements its view of the Aston Oaks Golf Course.
In Cleves, OH, a homeowner had a sunken interior slab beneath their kitchen floor. The tiles had dropped just enough to leave a visible gap between the baseboard and the floor, making the room look unfinished and uneven. We injected PolyLevel foam directly through the grout lines between the tiles, gently raising the slab back into position. This closed the gap at the baseboard and restored a level, polished look to the kitchen floor. The process was minimally invasive, with no damage to the tile, and the entire project was completed in just a couple of hours.
We used our expansive foam called PolyLevel to raise some concrete slabs in Greenville, Ohio. The old slabs would often collect mulch and soil, making it a hassle for the homeowner. We raised the sidewalk to be an inch or two higher than the grade of the mulch. The homeowner is very happy that they don't have to spend so much time sweeping their sidewalk any longer.
This concrete driveway apron in Fairfield, OH, had sunken into the ground, creating an awkward gap between the sidewalk and driveway. We jacked the two sunken slabs using our PolyLevel foam, which was able to resurface the driveway apron. After everything was leveled out, we then sealed the mortar joints with our NexusPro sealant to give the concrete a boost in appeal & protection. Tripping hazard gone!
This driveway in Hamilton, OH, settled into the dirt. This process happened over time, and it caused a large gap to appear between the garage floor and the driveway slabs. Not only was this gap unsightly, but it was also dangerous to walk over. We used our PolyLevel foam jacking method to even out all the slabs in the driveway, restoring the grade back to where it was poured originally. Homeowners love our PolyLevel foam for how minimally disturbing it is to their bank accounts, their property, and their time.
