We raised these sidewalk slabs by injecting them with PolyLevel foam. You can really notice how much it was slanted by looking at the connection to the door frame in both pictures. If your sidewalk looks slanted, give us a call to set up a free inspection!
A lot of people aren't aware of just how magical our PolyLevel concrete repair process can be. For this garage slab in Fayetteville, OH, that had some extreme cracks, we were able to level it all out. This job saved the homeowners from a painful & costly replacement job.
This concrete pad in Batavia, OH, had settled downwards into the soil. These unlevel slabs created a tripping hazard right outside of the garage door! We lifted the slab using our PolyLevel foam injections to erase the tripping hazard. After we leveled, we then sealed the perimeter of the slab with our NexusPro joint sealant. Not only did this project eliminate any potential danger, it also increased the appeal of the home!
This homeowner called us regarding a porch that was sinking. We used PolyLevel injections to resolve the problems for the homeowner. PolyLevel Foam is able to raise concrete slabs on sidewalks, driveways, and porches. Small holes are drilled into the concrete, and then the PolyLevel foam is injected under the concrete to be raised. The PolyLevel Foam fills the voids underneath the concrete slab and raises it up. The hole that was drilled into the concrete was patched, and the porch will be ready to walk on again in about 15 minutes. Note how the gap is closed between the siding on the home and then concrete slab.
In Dayton, OH, we leveled an interior bedroom slab using PolyLevel foam. The gap between the baseboard and the floor in the most uneven part of the home became totally flush by the end of the project, creating a smoother, more even surface that feels solid underfoot. The homeowner was very happy afterwards, and even left us a review.
