This homeowner wanted to change the appearance of their home from the outside, specifically from the front of their home. After weighing their options, they decided that they wanted to redo their sidewalk. After looking on the internet for different options, they decided they didn't want to replace it completely. They thought it could be saved if they chose the right company to jack it up and level it out. After googling reviews for the right company, they decided they wanted us to do it. Not only did it seem like we had the right methods, it seemed like we had the right personnel. After we leveled their whole sidewalk with our PolyLevel foam, we then sealed the cracks and gaps with our NexusPro caulking. The homeowners were extremely happy and even had money left over to change their garden bed from mulch to gravel.
Our technicians sealed the concrete sorrounding this pool with our NexusPro sealant in order to keep water and debris away from the gaps. This is especially important near poolsides where chlorine based water can eat away between your slabs!
Whenever the owner of this home had to take the sidewalk to reach their walk out basement, they would often lose balance. The sidewalk and stairs had tilted away from the home, leaving them unlevel. They tilted away from the home because the soil on the hillside had washed down and away from the home over time. In order to make the stairs and sidewalk level again, we injected our polyurethane foam under the side that sunk down. Through this process, we were able to level everything out and seal all the gaps. The homeowner can now travel down the stairs safely again.
When this sidewalk that surrounded the outside of this home in Union, KY, became uneven, the homeowner called us out to give a free quote to level the slabs out with our PolyLevel foam. The homeowner preferred our foam mixture compared to mudjacking alternatives, so they agreed to have us complete the job.
This front porch and connected walkway had become separated from the soil shifting from under them. We were able to life the sidewalk with PolyLevel foam and seal them back together.
