From the quoting process to completion of work, our experience with The Basement Doctor was wonderful. They took the time to check what was really going on to make sure we were getting the right solution and walked us through exactly what would happen and why. The installation team - Mike Pritt, Bradley, and Brian - were quick and professional. Mike kept me updated on the progress and made sure I knew everything they were doing. They completed the work efficiently and were very polite, and answered any questions I had. Always on time, and always clean everything up and leave it as they found it. As a retired pipe fitter, I know what good work looks like and those guys did great work. I give the foundation repair crew and A+ or a 10, and as for the sump pump crew, they too get an A+ or a 10. Whichever way it's counted. Thank you guys for hiring the hardest working people.

Dear Mr. Miles, I wanted to write a personal letter to commend the three young men that worked at our home recently.  Rusty Little, Dennis Johnson, and Dylan Davidson were a pleasure.  All three of them worked extremely hard to get the job done.  In addition to working hard, they were very considerate in doing the work.  They probably had to work harder to avoid tearing up tile and having to move things (water heater).  We are pleased that for the very first time in 20 years we had about 3 inches of rain and not a drop in our basement. Simply put these guys are the BEST. I needed  to get the install done quickly due to a relocation with my company. Bobby and his team made special arrangements to make this happen. Andy came and made sure the installation was done correctly and even made a visit when the re-inspection happened from an outside company. That is SERVICE!!
