Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

In the after picture seen here, you can see two of our best products working in tandem to keep this basement dry. The white CleanSpace walls and our WaterGuard subfloor drains, (concealed beneath the fresh concrete) work together to drain water that may infiltrate from the floor and up above on the walls. When we installed our full interior perimeter waterproofing system for this leaky basement in Dayton, Ohio, we used our CleanSpace wall system. The walls were chipped, stained, and cracked before we installed our new wall system. Our CleanSpace walls are the perfect choice for any leaking basement, as they help channel moisture down into our subfloor drainage system. They also look clean, and will help the basement smell clean. 

This homeowner was fed up with their musty basement, so they gave us a call to help them achieve a full protected dry basement. When installing our full interior perimeter drainage system, we also installed a vapor barrier system over the walls. Our CleanSpace moisture barrier shares many components of a pool liner; It is super durable, waterproof, clean, and flexible. All of these components allow the walls to help channel water to the subfloor system, keep musty smells out, and look super clean.

This wet basement in Dayton, Ohio needed a waterproofing system. After Dayton had received a massive rain storm, this basement reeked of must, and the owner found out the drywall was concealing tons of moisture. This wet basement in Batavia, Ohio needed a proper repair system to ensure it can withstand a long and healthy life. We started by replacing the waterproofing system with our WaterGuard subfloor drains and our TripleSafe sump pump. We then repaired the bowed in walls by installing our PowerBraces, which are steel I-beams that are installed against the problematic walls.
