We waterproofed this storm-cellar basement in Greenfield, OH, to make for a comfier living situation for the homeowner. The only way to access this basement was through the stairwell, which often flooded. The walls and coves also leaked frequently, so the homeowner could tell by the smell in their bedroom if it was raining outside, (not good).
