Salesman was knowledgeable and honest!  No high pressure sales.  I am a contractor and I know what I want.  I called several companies and told them to look at the crawl space.  Some companies wanted to high pressure sale you to death and needed my wife there.  My time is important and felt if a company could look at a job without me there or my wife, that is a company that will do as the customer wants.    Dan was a good sales person who realized I was somewhat intelligent and knew what areas to hit and some to leave out.  He did what I wanted him to do, and he also pointed out where I could have a better product if we did it another way.  The foreman was great!  He explained and did what I asked him to do.  The crew was impressed that I had no floor in the house and it was easy to install the cleanspace.  

Had Kevin B out to lift our driveway. He and Andrew did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

The work was very good, the workers were professional and polite (I forget their names) they took my time to answer my questions, the final product looks fantastic and more modern and cleaner than I was thinking it would be, great job and thank you!!!

Dear Mr. Miles, My computer skills prevent me from responding online.  Please accept this letter as a praise for the crew foreman TJ and his crew Devyn, Scott, and Austin.   The entire crew was polite and very neat in how they left our home at the end of their day's work. We have lived in our home over 50 years and your crew tops all other workmen/contractors that have worked for us over all of those years. The crew chief, TJ, was very knowledgeable about the services being provided, explained what would be done each day and when the job was done he fully explained what we should expect from the system that was installed.  All the crew worked hard but TJ set the example.  We would surely recommend that you keep him.  While I don't know your other crew leaders, I would not hesitate to give him a Service Award. Corey C and Austin B came out to place a gutter drainage line. They were very nice, professional, timely. This is our 1st time using this company, and it has been very positive. We are having them place a French drain in the summer as well. The crew were even patient with my very nosey 4 year old. :)

Randy had his yearly service check done by Logan H. Logan was very courteous and explained what he was doing, he was very thorough, took his time to explain everything, no rushing them through learning how to operate the system.  They were very pleased with Logan and his work.

Your salesman was a really nice guy and gave me no pressure; really laid back. I liked that! Installer was on time, explained what he was doing and cleaned up. Your solution to the problem made more sense than any of the other techniques. I interviewed several companies for ways to solve our problem. I could not believe some of the techniques used by other companies! You were definitely not the lowest price, but good reviews on Angie's List influenced my choosing The Basement Doctor. And...Your referral list had the name of someone I know from church! Good job!!!
