Dear Mr. Miles, I wanted to write a personal letter to commend the three young men that worked at our home recently.  Rusty Little, Dennis Johnson, and Dylan Davidson were a pleasure.  All three of them worked extremely hard to get the job done.  In addition to working hard, they were very considerate in doing the work.  They probably had to work harder to avoid tearing up tile and having to move things (water heater).  We are pleased that for the very first time in 20 years we had about 3 inches of rain and not a drop in our basement. A customer called into the office to let us know that TJ had been to his home to do some work.  The customer said that we have quite an employee in TJ!  He does a great job!  Tj has worked at this customer's home before and he was glad to see that it was TJ that came out this time again.

Simply put these guys are the BEST. I needed  to get the install done quickly due to a relocation with my company. Bobby and his team made special arrangements to make this happen. Andy came and made sure the installation was done correctly and even made a visit when the re-inspection happened from an outside company. That is SERVICE!!

The foreman was Kevin Brandenburg with Andrew Quinlisk. They worked on raising the apron to meet with the garage floor. They called ahead and showed up in the time frame set. Both were very friendly and professional. They answered all the questions we had as well as explaining how the process works. I would recommend them to do work on raising the concrete anytime.

A couple of guys came out a few days ago to do PolyLevel on my basement floor slab - and they did a fine job! Kevin and Keith were nice guys and very professional. They get my vote for a job well done!

From evaluation to completion of the work 8/12/2021, excellent. Jon Asher was clear about the services provided and respectful about my home! Will contact them in the future should I need foundation work again.

Your company was actually recommended to me by another company.  I was glad to finally get the foundation corrected. The Foreman on this job was Shawn Wardlow.  He was very nice and did an excellent job overseeing the work.  I give you a 10 out of 10.

Jon Asher provided excellent service. Looked for every option to keep the cost down. He offered advice on how to extend the life of the sump pumps. With employees like Jon, I highly recommend Basement Doctor.

Rusty, Brandon, and Austin did a fantastic job in installing a new sump pump system and replacing all the drain lines out in the yard in late August. They had a job finish early and asked if they could come out a month before my scheduled appointment. I'm very happy with the work they did. Friendly and professional crew.
