Cody did an excellent job, just wish he had performed a test run of our new replacement sump pump to make sure it worked, however, he assured me that since it was new it will work the next time we have a heavy rain.

What made you choose our company:
You installed our initial systems and cleanroom in 2008. On 22 June 2026 we had The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati perform a yearly sump pump inspection and maintenance. Cody the service technician (and owner’s son) measured our humidity level in that crawl space at 60% indicating the need to replace our 18-year-old dehumidifier to ensure continued protection from mold growth in the floor joists. He also recommended replacing the sump pump as well. Cody completed the job in a quick and professional manner. He thanked us for being long-term customers since 2008.
