This poured foundation basement in Maineville, OH, was dealing with leaks and bowed walls. To address the moisture, we installed our WaterGuard subfloor drainage system around the perimeter, connecting it to a sump pump to channel water out of the basement. The walls were then covered with BrightWall panels, which direct leaks into the drainage system and resist mold thanks to their inorganic material. To stabilize the bowed walls, we installed zinc-coated steel PowerBraces, designed to distribute the wall’s weight evenly across the floor joists and concrete, and in some cases, straighten the walls. We first injected our PolyLevel foam underneath all of the slabs to lift and level the driveway back out. Next, we sealed the control joints between the slabs with our NexusPro sealant to keep water from infiltrating into the soil underneath the driveway.
