This homeowner called us for help because their sump pump was constantly running, but seemingly not pumping any water out. We sent one of our inspectors out for free to give a diagnosis. Our inspector confirmed that their pump had a corroded switch and was wasting energy like crazy. The homeowner told us that the company who installed it was bought out, and so no one could repair it for him. After explaining that we have been in business for over thirty-eight years and that our sump pumps are top tier, the homeowner wanted one of our sump pumps. We replaced their old sump pump with one of ours, and the homeowner was very happy to know that they can depend on us for the future.

In Kings Mills, Ohio, this homeowner’s driveway had uneven slabs where four sections met. The top right slab sat higher than the others, and the control joints had broken apart, allowing water to seep underneath. Over time, freeze-thaw cycles caused the slabs to separate even more, and a small crack had formed in the upper left section. We repaired the driveway by injecting PolyLevel to lift and level the slabs, then sealed the joints and crack with NexusPro to prevent future water intrusion and protect the concrete from further damage.

This huge crawl space located in Loveland, OH was cold, dark, and wet. In order to make it warm, dry, and bright we encapsulated it for the homeowner! We started by installing our SilverGlo foam insulation panels all over the walls. We then waterproofed the crawl space by installing perforated pipes in trenches all around the perimeter. The drainage pipes were connected to a SmartSump sump pump, which we installed in the lowest corner of the crawl space. We then installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier all over the floor and up the walls of the crawl space in order to isolate the crawl space from the earth. The vapor barrier also brightens the crawl space thanks to its white reflective color. We then installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to make sure this ginormous space stays dry 24/7. The result of this project made the homeowners very happy, knowing their homes foundation is protected for the future. 

The soil underneath this poolside concrete in Loveland, OH, was washing out. This was causing the concrete to slope too far down and away from the pool, leaving slight gaps in the mortar joints. After we leveled out all the slabs using PolyLevel foam, we then sealed the joints using our NexusPro joint sealant. This sealant will make sure water, chlorine, dirt, and other types of debris wont infiltrate underneath the slabs. The sealant is also UV-resistant, which is perfect for areas that receive a lot of sun. There's no doubt that this poolside concrete will last a much longer time.
