This front stoop in Maineville, Ohio had settled a few inches over time, creating visible gaps between the concrete slab and the two front porch pillars. You can see these gaps highlighted by the red circles in the before photo. Using our PolyLevel system, we carefully lifted and leveled the slab back into place, eliminating the separation completely. PolyLevel is lightweight, won’t shrink, and compacts the soil beneath the concrete for lasting stability. The process is fast, clean, and minimally invasive—leaving this entryway safe, level, and looking like new again.
This sump pump in Maineville, OH, was running constantly, and the homeowner was concerned that if a big storm were to roll through, the sump pump wouldn't be able to keep up. We replaced the sump pump with our TripleSafe system. The TripleSafe contains three pumps inside its liner, including one that is backed by a battery operated system. This battery backup system will ensure that the sump pump will continue to run in the event of a power outage. The TripleSafe also contains an airtight lid, an airtight floor drain, and an alarm system. The homeowner was relieved to know their new sump pump will be able to handle the worst of rainfalls. They also noted that the new sump pump is much more quiet.
This driveway in Maineville, OH, was settling unevenly, causing the different concrete slabs to slope away from one another. We first injected our PolyLevel foam underneath all of the slabs to lift and level the driveway back out. Next, we sealed the control joints between the slabs with our NexusPro sealant to keep water from infiltrating into the soil underneath the driveway. Lastly, as part of our 3 step repair process, we then treated the entire driveway with our SealantPro sealant protection. This sealant penetrates into the concrete and bonds to it chemically to create a super protective barrier against moisture, chemicals, weatherting, etc... The homeowner was super happy that they once again have a completely even driveway that is built to last.
The apron of this driveway in Milford, OH, had a culvert underneath it that was washing all the soil away. There was a massive cavity underneath the apron of the driveway, and the driveway was at a massive risk of breaking off. We filled this cavity with our PolyLevel foam, which was able to expand and fill all the gaps, giving the apron a supporting force to make sure it holds up. The foam will also make sure water doesn't reach further underneath the driveway, preventing washout to other areas of the concrete. Our polyurethane composition cures very quickly, so the homeowners could get back to using their driveway almost immediately after we left.
This basement in Milford, OH, had a very musty smell, which led the homeowners to give us a call to locate the cause of the must. Our Inspector, Steve, used his nose and his wits to find the spot in the drywall that was leaking bad. After Steve opened up the drywall, he found mold, rot, and worst of all, signs of bowing wall movement. Steve suggested we repair this wall by tearing out the moldy drywall and studs, waterproof the wall with our WaterGuard subfloor drains, stabilize the wall with our PowerBrace steel beam system, and refinish the look with our moisture proof BriteWall panels! This foundation is now dry, safe, and secured. Click here to read what the customer had to say about our crew.
